 | The Playful Otters This piece is a 36" X 9" wall plaque carved in pine. Many aspects of this carving are based on Coastal Salish traditional artistic concepts. The otters represent playfulness, and this pair are gleefully playing amongst the rocks on the beach. This whimsical plaque and the interpretation are the creation of the artist Herb Rice. |
